We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your jewelry, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account or contact our customer care team to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Secure the Packaging

  Place your item in its original presentation box and secure it inside a padded shipping envelope with all original certificates.

• 3.
  Affix the Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it securely to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our gemologists inspect the item for quality assurance, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
